Cole Haan Singapore will accept any unworn or unaltered merchandise purchased on www.colehaan.sg within 14 days from delivery date. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box, which should be undamaged and in resalable condition. We strictly do not allow damaged shoe boxes for return. Returns received with damaged shoe boxes will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.
